As Anika's Quality Assurance Specialist, Tasmin is responsible for maintaining the quality, compliance, and manufacturing standards that underpin every product. With a background in cosmetic science across skincare, haircare, colour cosmetics, and organic formulations, she also provides technical support to research and development projects when required. Process & Quality Manager
Introducing Peter, the cornerstone of our manufacturing team with an enviable 30 years' experience under his belt, including 20 years forged in the intricate world of the pharmaceutical industry. Peter is our go-to guru, not only for keeping the cogs turning but also for ensuring our production team has what they need to succeed day-to-day. He oversees and coordinates the daily production requirements, including the organisation of purchase orders and operational needs, while helping us build something truly monumental.
