The Process

Step 1
Product Brief

During the first phase of collaboration, we will work together to turn your idea into our project. This includes discussing and defining:

 

  • The type and size of the product you envision
  • The target market you wish to reach
  • Key ingredients and the desired scent profile
  • Any desired attributes such as being vegan or using natural ingredients
  • Packaging format that complements your product
  • Production quantity needed to meet your demands.
Step 2
Perfecting the Formulation

Once we have defined the project details, our dedicated R&D team will start working on perfecting the formulation. They will meticulously source the highest-quality ingredients needed for your product. In our on-site lab, the team will create samples for you and others involved to evaluate and provide feedback.

As part of our quality assurance process, we also conduct product testing where required. This includes testing for stability, shelf life, and packaging compatibility.

Step 3
Source Packaging & Raw Materials

After you have approved the formulation samples, we will proceed to source the necessary raw materials in bulk for production. With our strong purchasing power, we can procure premium ingredients from various suppliers, ensuring the best quality at the most competitive prices.

Our goal is to also provide you with flexible options and support to meet your unique packaging needs. Whether sourcing from our suppliers or providing your own packaging, we are dedicated to ensuring that your products are packaged appropriately and meet all regulatory requirements.

Step 4
Manufacturing & Production

After your final formulation and packaging design are approved and sent to our facility, we initiate the production of your products.

During this process, our in-house quality management team and microbiologists conduct rigorous testing on retention samples. We ensure that your products meet our strict quality control specifications and procedures following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This thorough testing is completed before the release of your finished products.

Step 5
Completion & Delivery

Finally, once production and our internal quality assurance checks are completed, your products will be prepared for shipping to your warehouse or distribution center.
